All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The selected carrier will depend on your location and the best rate available at the time of shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages and Lost Packages

The Country Fox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@thecountryfox.com so we can assist with filing a claim.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, The Country Fox is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages.
